Tuath launches first Resident Feedback Panels Annual Report

Tuath is proud to launch our first Tuath Resident Feedback Panels Annual Report.
In 2025, residents came together across four dedicated panels (Property Services, Customer Service, Age Friendly, and an Editorial panel) to share their experiences and shape meaningful improvements in how we deliver our services.
Shaping Tuath Services “Your Voice in Action”
2025 has been a milestone year in strengthening collaboration between Tuath Housing and residents. Through four active resident engagement feedback panels, residents have influenced real improvements in services, publications, communication, customer service, property services and repairs, and age-friendly engagement. Each panel has provided valuable insights, ensuring that decisions across the organisation are rooted in lived experience. Across all panels, both attendance and contribution were consistently high, demonstrating the commitment and impact of residents nationwide.
This inaugural report highlights the impact of their insights, from strengthening communication to enhancing maintenance and ensuring our services remain inclusive and accessible for all ages.
A sincere thank you to every resident who contributed to our first year of panels. Your voice is helping us build a more responsive and resident‑centred housing service.
