Tuath achieves ‘compliant’ status across all four AHBRA standards
7th July, 2026
Tuath is pleased to confirm that the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) has completed its assessment of the organisation’s compliance with the Regulatory Standards for Approved Housing Bodies.
Following its review, AHBRA has determined that Tuath has achieved a ‘compliant’ outcome across each of the four Standards: Governance, Financial Management, Property and Asset Management, and Tenancy Management.
This is a significant outcome for the organisation, reflecting Tuath’s governance arrangements, financial oversight, asset management practices and focus on residents.

It also recognises the work of the Board, Senior Management Team and staff across the organisation in maintaining high standards of governance, compliance and service delivery.
The assessment process required evidence, preparation and collaboration across departments, and the outcome reflects the professionalism of staff and the oversight provided by the Board.

“While this is a welcome milestone, Tuath remains focused on continuous improvement and on ensuring that its systems, services and governance arrangements continue to support the delivery of high-quality homes and services,” said Orla Clearly, Chief Governance and Legal Officer with Tuath.
“This compliant assessment provides assurance to residents, partners, funders and stakeholders that Tuath continues to operate to high standards and remains committed to delivering safe, secure and sustainable homes in communities across Ireland.”
