Am I eligible?
To apply for a Cost Rental home, you need to be able to prove the following:
- Your net household income is below €66,000 per annum for Dublin or less than €59,000 for elsewhere in the country
- You are not in receipt of any social housing supports e.g. HAP or Rent Supplement
- You do not own a property in Ireland or elsewhere
- Your household size matches the size of the property advertised
- You can afford to pay the cost rent for the home, meaning that your rent charge does not come to more than 35% of our net household income*
- Your household has only entered one application for a specific Cost Rental property
- You currently reside in Ireland – please note that valid documentation regarding residency status is required, for example a Passport or valid IRP
