Tuath Housing has released its inaugural Gender Pay Gap (GPG) Report.
The housing organisation’s mean hourly pay gap in 2024 is 6.34%, reducing to 1.41% for the median hourly pay gap.
These figures represent a GPG significantly below the sectoral average within housing (21%) and the national average (9.6%).
Male employees represent circa 40% of employees at the most junior job grade, increasing to 50% at the most senior level. Conversely, female representation decreases from 60% at the most junior grade to 50% at the most senior grade.
At Tuath, we are proud to continue our commitment to reducing this gender pay gap through transparent, equal and objective pay practices at all levels of practice.
In September 2024, Tuath Housing received the Irish Centre for Diversity Silver Investors in Diversity Award in recognition of our commitment to grow and develop diversity practices and culture. Most recently, a Diversity team has been established at Tuath to further these initiatives and grow Tuath’s culture of equality, diversity and inclusion.
