Staying Connected.
Tenants receive digital devices just before Christmas
€10,000 was awarded to the Tuath Housing ‘Be Connected’ initiative by the Housing Finance Agency’s Social Investment Fund which will provide elderly tenants with digital tablets to stay connected
Tuath Housing provided a number of tenants with new digital tablet devices ensuring they stay connected with friends and family members whilst also allowing them to take part in Tuath’s digital initiatives. The funding will also help enhance and improve the tenant engagement services provided by Tuath to its tenants.
Tuath was awarded €10,000 for the “BeConnected” initiative as part of the Housing Finance Agency’s Social Investment Fund. BHP Insurance also kindly donated €1,000 towards the initiative. Training will be provided by Tuath’s Tenant Engagement team who will now be able to easily engage with tenants through online activities and education, which will include coffee mornings, virtual bingo, art classes amongst other initiatives.
