This 238-home Cost Rental and social housing development located on the Malahide Road in Dublin 17 is one of Ireland’s largest public housing developments. An example of excellence in public, private and voluntary collaboration, these homes were delivered in partnership with Dublin City Council and GEM Construction.

Tuath was shortlisted at this year’s Community Housing awards across three projects. The recognition of De Verdon Place, Circular Reno, and Coulter Close reflects Tuath’s commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable homes and creating stronger communities nationwide.

The conference theme, ‘Maintaining Momentum – Delivering Homes for All’, also resonated strongly with Tuath’s mission to continue scaling up to meet housing demand. Members of Tuath’s Voluntary Board of Directors and employees represented Tuath and this theme throughout the two-day conference. They spoke on topics such as governance, design standards, sustainability, and community safety.
