Delivering More

2021 was another hugely successful year for Tuath. It was the year in which we began our five-year strategic plan to 2025 and we are on course to meeting our objectives. In the face of many challenges, our workforce and capacity has never been stronger. Once more, record breaking figures for the association have resulted in much social good and immense happiness for many families, with some 4,000 people receiving keys to their new forever-homes.

Governance, Culture & Communications

Good corporate governance is the cornerstone of the organisation. The Corporate Services Department has functions which include Risk Management, Legal, Human Resource Management, Communications, Policy and Compliance. Corporate Services provide support to other departments and to the Board of Directors, using specialised knowledge, best practice and technology to serve staff and stakeholders in achieving organisational objectives.

Empowering Our People

We value growing our talent and investing in our people. While we are one of the largest approved housing bodies, we continue to grow. A diverse workplace brings with it a diversity of thought. We will continue to nurture this diversity - building shared purpose and helping staff to bring their best selves to work.
