Heatherside is a large development on Vale Road in Arklow, Co. Wicklow. In partnership with Wicklow County Council, Tuath has entered into a New Build Development Agreement with Ardale Property to deliver 154 high quality, A-rates homes. To date, Tuath ahs delivered 122 homes at Heatherside, providing safe, secure places to live for people on the Council’s local housing waiting list. The development is being completed over multiple stages with 32 more homes to be delivered.
