Tuath successfully acquired 128 homes here through a private lease successfully completed in 2021.The lease has ensured that the homes are now part of Ireland’s social housing stock, guaranteeing affordable rents and long-term security of tenure for residents.
Tuath already managed a number of homes at Hampton Woods prior to the private lease agreement so the Association was in a good position to offer benefits of aproactive approach to housing management coupled with ongoing tenancy engagement and community support for the area.
